Providing Medical Health and Family Welfare related services to the citizens of densely populated state of Uttar Pradesh spread over a vast area of 2,36,286 sq. km. With the objective of providing health services in urban and remote areas, the department provides three tier medical services in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Then on the left side there's logo and then on right side space is divided into two parts top has Name of department Home ,Contact Us, Helpline & Covid Help. And on the bottom the drop downs Online Services, Citizen corner ,CMO , CMS & DH, GO.
Then under it there are two vertical sections of the page -
1.The left side section has 3 horizontal sections inforgraphic slider, Quick Online services buttons menu and the images of ministers of department.

1.The Left section is divided into 2 horizontal sections with Latest News on top and Imp govt Orders on the bottom.
2.The Center section is divided into 3 horizontal sections with Infographic Slider on top. About the department in the middle and Minister's photo on the bottom.
3.The Right section has Covid Data.
